Heyooooo everyone!
Today we are chatting all about STIs and which ones can be passed on through kissing. Generally, kissing is a pretty low risk form of sexual activity. However, there are a few STIs to be aware of before giving others a big ol' snog.

Hi team!
Today I have not one, but TWO guests to discuss all things concussion. Alan Pearce is a professor in the college of science, health and engineering at La Trobe University and the Director of NeuroSports Labs. Alan is a clinical neuroscientist, an independent researcher, corporate speaker, community advocate and concussion expert. WOW. Alan brings the expertise and straight FACTS to this episode. I can't thank Alan enough for taking the time out of his (very) busy schedule to come and chat with us today. Make sure to check the links below for donations to the cause.
I am also joined by Josh Bromley-Lynch from The Bromley-Lynch Podcast. Josh brings an element of real-life experience to this chat. Alan 'Dizzy' Lynch, Josh's father, is living proof of the long-term effects concussion can have on an individual. Dizzy was a superstar footballer in his day and unfortunately, due to head trauma, Dizzy is now in care at the age of 68. Thank you so much to Josh, his family and Dizzy Lynch for allowing us to share their story on this episode. If you'd like to learn more about Dizzy's story, click here.

Today I check in with Dyl Buckley, a friend and fellow podcast host. We talk about the importance of talking about your feelings (even when you don't think you need it), thanking trees while you run and how good it is to sweat. Dyl reminds us that you don't need to be locked into any particular mental health strategy AND we hear his 3 top pump up songs.

Welcome back to another NSQ episode!
Today we are discussing masturbation. Masturbation is a normal, healthy part of the sexual experience and there is nothing wrong with you if you masturbate everyday, once a week, once a month, or never. It is a totally individual thing. When it begins to take over other parts of your life, or you are sparked with shame and guilt around self-pleasure, this might be an indication you need to talk to someone. If you do have any concerns or questions about this topic - talk to a professional who can help you!
