Today we have Daniel O'Connor in with us. Dan is my brother in law and an all round bloody legend. Dan speaks so openly about how important support from friends was during a hectic time in his life and highlighted the impact that reaching out had on his mental health. We talk about unconditional love, how much the newborn stage can suck and that it's never too late to reach out. This one is emotional and full of love, and without a doubt one of my favourite episodes to date. Thank you so much to Dan for coming in and sharing. Enjoy guys!

Welcome back to our NSQ episodes!
Today we are talking all about this idea that a woman who has lots of sex will have a 'loose' vagina. At the end of the day, this is just a harmful way to shame women who like sex or have a lot of sex. We discuss the fact that a vagina is a muscle AND talk about the pelvic floor muscles (which are super important btw).
P.s. You should NEVER make a person feel uncomfortable about the way they feel during penetrative sex. You should never ever feel pressure to change your body or use ‘products’ to change or enhance your body.

Today is exciting!! This is the first HYH episode I have done with someone I do not know. Alex was kind enough to put his hand up and spend his time chatting with me. We talk about his ACL recovery, how he uses podcasts to help check in with mates and his MASSIVE move to a new town for a new job. He talks about putting himself out there to meet new people and how focusing on gratitude helped him find his feet. From what I learnt about Alex during this episode, I reckon he's an absolute legend.

Hi team!
Back with another short and sweet NSQ episode. Today we are talking about whether mum was right when she told you to "stop cracking those damn knuckles or you'll get arthritis when you're older!"
Is it true? Why do people crack their knuckles? How do I stop? All covered today!
P.s. I crack my knuckles at 3.10m. So skip to 3.20m if you can't handle those sounds.

Today I (very casually) chat to my boyfriend, Stratos. Our combined squirrel brains can't stay on a topic for long. Stratos shares a bit about his work whiteboard, how golf has helped his mental health and that his ideal day is just every Saturday we've had recently. We also laugh, a lot, and you get a bit of an insight as to why I keep him around. I hope this inspires you to have a giggle with someone you love this week.

Hey team!
Today we are talking about the link between drug use (particularly substance abuse) and depression. According to Beyond Blue, over 500,000 Australians will experience depression and substance abuse at the same time, at some point in their lives. From 2016-19 in Australia, the use of illicit drugs such as cannabis, cocaine and ecstasy all increased. In this episode we learn about how both substance use and mental health problems are risk factors for one another, how stimulant drugs and depressant drugs affect the likelihood of developing depression and how to help your friends and yourself.
**Trigger warning: these mental health episodes may be distressing for some listeners. There is mention of substance abuse and suicide in this episode. If this isn’t for you right now, maybe skip this one and come back when you feel ready. If you find yourself in need of help or support at any time, please call Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636 or head to beyondblue.org.au to chat to someone online today.

Hi guys!!
This week’s NSQ: What the hell is popping your cherry?
I just KNOW everyone has some weird story or had some thoughts about this when they were younger. Did that girl who went to school with your cousin ACTUALLY 'pop her cherry' while riding a horse?? Today - we’re gonna break it down and figure it all out. We discuss the concept of virginity, what the hymen is and whether it can grow back.
