Today we have Darcy in the studio. Darcy is a video producer at Producey Studios and has helped me out with THCYM so much over the past year. Darcy joins me to talk about the importance of family, a good home-cooked meal and the fact that you don't need a uni degree to land a bloody cool job like his. We chat about imposter syndrome and that a little bit of confidence can go a long way. This was equal parts fun and informative and I'm stoked that Darc agreed to jump on today. Hope you guys love it!

Heyooooo guys!
Today we have a slightly different topic but definitely one that is around EVERYWHERE at the moment. We are talking all about cold water therapy. This means ice baths, cold showers, ocean dips. There has been such a hype around adding this to your New Years resolution list this year that I thought it would be a great topic to dive into. We talk about the benefits of cold water therapy, the potential risks involved AND how you can do it yourself.

Today we have... me?!
My wonderful sister Shae came into the studio to interview me for a birthday episode. We talk all about balance, why I'm cutting back on alcohol, the importance of journaling like 'no one is watching' and a bit about my personal mental health journey. I hope you guys enjoy this episode and enjoy learning a little bit more about me. I am scared and excited to be sharing this kind of vulnerability with you. Thanks for being here!

This week we had a small hiccup with the planned episode. Instead of stressing and freaking out and procrastinating, I thought I would recap a few of my favourite moments from the HYH episodes so far. Listen in to hear some inspiration, advice and stories from some wonderful people.

Hey guys!
Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. It is also National Condom Awareness day. I thought it would be fitting to do a sex education based episode to learn all about what safer sex is, the difference between consent and coercion (and what this can look like) AND how to properly use a condom and dental dam through step-by-step guides. I hope everyone has a safe and happy Valentine's Day with whoever they are sharing it with!

Today we have Peyton in the studio for a wonderful and very honest chat. Peyton talks all about how she found Christianity at 21, her recent diagnosis and how frustrating it can be to find a doctor that will listen to you. We discuss how hard it can be to shut down that harsh inner critic and how bloody important it is to lean on the people around you. I also cry and tell her I love her about 45 times. This one got me! I hope you guys love and appreciate how open and honest Peyton was today, and I hope no one ever gives up in their pursuit to better their mental health.

Hellllllo everyone!
Back today with a pretty interesting NSQ episode. Someone recently asked me to cover this topic and originally I didn't think it would be worth covering. However, after chatting to some mates and reading a few online forums, I realised this was a pretty common question.
Today we dive into what a hangover is, why people tend to reach for vapes when they drink (and why you should avoid alcohol if you're trying to quit) AND exactly why you might feel worse the next day if you're drinking and vaping the night before.

Today we have Maddie in the studio. We talk all about the importance of journaling, spirituality and her personal goals. Maddie talks about the advice she would give her 18 year old self and we discuss how empowering it is to set clear boundaries, especially at work. Maddie also provides us with arguably the best pump up song to date. Bonus hot tip: find a friend to go on mental health walks that has the same walking speed as you. I loved this chat. It was so much fun to have one of my best mates in the studio with me. Hope you guys love it too!

Hello guys!
Today we are talking all about being SUN SMART! This is a topic I am sure we all learnt about in school, however I totally believe we all need a bit of a reminder about how to take care of our skin. We discuss why sun safety is important, what SPF, UV and the UV index all are, and the impact of using Melanotan products on our health. We even go through the classic Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek and Slide sun safety measures! We are taking care of our skin in 2023!
