We're baaaaack w/ another bloody good episode. Sean is here to chat all about what he does for his mental health. Sean grew up as a golf kid who graffitied and somehow turned every aspect of that into a career, working as a creative director, graphic designer AND co-host of a golf podcast. Sean opens up about the importance of becoming more vulnerable and his lovely relationship with his Mum (also a wonderful artist). We talk about taking risks and going with your gut and alllll the good stuff we love here at THCYM. A cool story about Schoolboy Q is somewhere in here too. It was so bloody nice to sit down and chat like this with a new mate like Sean. Here's your sign to check in. Hope you enjoy it!

Heyooooo team! What a wonderful episode. Trent is in the studio and when I say he is an absolute DELIGHT the words still don't seem like enough. Trent shares so much today about taking care of his mind through exercise, the importance of recognition, and his self-care Sunday routine. We talk about how overthinking and caring what other people think is damn silly when you really (over)think about it. This genuinely felt like a chat with an old friend. Trent is kind and passionate about life and I can't thank him enough for coming on to share and be vulnerable with us today. Hope you love this like I do!!

Hi team! A requested episode today and one that I have been meaning to cover for a long time. This episode will be paired with an upcoming ep involving a guest who has been diagnosed with genital herpes. Today, we go through the facts. We talk about the difference between HSV-1 and HSV-2, the symptoms involved and how to get treated. We also go through how the stigma was created and I could not believe how crazy this story was!
Thanks, as always, for listening and learning with me.
