THCYM | STARTING THE YEAR RIGHT WITH S.M.A.R.T. GOALS

Hey team!

Welcome back to THCYM for 2023. Woo! Stoked to be here! I hope you all had a wonderful and safe start to the new year. 

Today we are talking all about how to start, set and KEEP those goals we all want to create at this time. It's all well and good to WANT something, but how do we create effective change so that we can sustain lifestyle change and complete our goals? We learn all about what extrinsic and intrinsic motivation is, how to set a S.M.A.R.T. goal and the benefits of community support.

S.M.A.R.T. GOALS:

- Specific

- Measurable 

- Attainable/Achievable 

- Relevant/Reliable

- Time-bound
